Enerkey new product 24s 15A smart active balancer equalisation
management system for high-capacity series battery packs
This is a tailor-made equalization management system for
high-capacity series-connected battery packs. It can be used in the
battery pack of small sightseeing cars, mobility scooters, shared
cars, high-power energy storage, base station backup power, solar
power stations, etc., and can also be used for battery equalization
repair and restoration.
This equalizer is suitable for 2~24 series NCM/ LFP/ LTO battery
packs with voltage acquisition and equalization functions. The
equalizer works with a continuous 15A equalization current to
achieve energy transfer, and the equalization current does not
depend on the voltage difference of the series-connected cells in
the battery pack. The voltage acquisition range is 1.5V~4.5V, and
the precision is 1mV.
- An Active Balancer will monitor and transfer current between cells
within a bank. Cells with a higher SOC, to cells with a lower SOC
ensuring they are better balanced and drastically reducing the
chance of one particular cell in the bank being over
charged/discharged.
- It can be used in small sightseeing vehicles, mobility scooters,
shared cars, high-power energy storage, base station backup power
supply, solar power station, etc battery PACK, can also be used for
battery balance maintenance, repair and other occasions.

APP Installation and Use
APP custom settings:1-15A, because of constant current and constant
voltage technology, The balanced current is independent of the
battery pressure difference.
The APP has Android and IOS version. Password: "123456"
1). IOS users download the APP : Search "Enerkey" in App Store to
download

3). According to the battery type and battery string number, change
the parameters
4). In the APP, you can view the total voltage, average
voltage,naximum voltage difference of the battery pack,and the
voltage and line resistance information of each battery.There is
also an alarm function to detect the equilibriumtemperature, MOS
temperature,and battery pack temperature in real time.

EK-24S15EB supports 2S-24S. The following figure shows how to
install and connect cables to the 24S battery string:
EK-24S15EB supports cascading use, and at least one battery between
every two equalizers is the "common end of energy exchange". The
