Product Description:
The Intelligent Charge and Discharge Equalizer (EK-FD14AS24CK) is a
key component for 2~24S battery packs, which can be used for
NCM/LFP/LTO batteries with voltage ranging from 2V to 4.5V. This
device is designed to balance the voltage of each battery in the
pack and ensure their safety and longevity. The actual current of
the device varies depending on input voltage, line resistance,
temperature, and battery performance.
The Charge and Discharge Equalizer also supports automatic
identification of the number of battery series, and has various
safety features such as reverse connection protection,
over-temperature protection, over-voltage (4.5V) protection,
low-voltage (2V) protection, and alarm. Once the balancing process
is completed, the equalizer automatically stops and alarms.
There are three different modes: discharge balance, constant
voltage balance, and charge balance. However, an external charger
with an adjustable non-auto-stop function is required for charging.
The Equalizer uses two modes: automatic identification mode and
manual input mode. In automatic identification mode, the lowest
voltage string is used as the base, and the voltage of all strings
is balanced to the lowest voltage string (voltage is aligned
downward). Manual input mode allows users to set the required
balanced voltage value, and the device balances all strings to this
set voltage value.
This Intelligent Charge and Discharge Equalizer also comes with a
7-inch display that shows important information such as balanced
voltage, balanced current, voltage per string, total voltage,
maximum voltage, minimum voltage, average voltage, maximum voltage
difference, number of battery strings, and temperature.
Technical Parameters:
Voltage Measure Range: The range for voltage measurement is from 1V to 4.5V.
Voltage Measure Accuracy: The accuracy for voltage measurement is ±(0.08%+0.06%FS).
Current Setting Range: The range for current setting is from 0.1A to 14A, and it can be
adjusted.
Discharge Balance Method: The method used for discharge balance is PWM pulse discharge
method.
Charging Assistance: In order to charge, an external charger is required. The charging
port is able to withstand a voltage of ±DC130V.
Equilibrium Voltage: The equilibrium voltage is automatically identified.
Interface Withstand Voltage: The interface is able to withstand a voltage of B- to B24 without
voltage, ranging from -120V to +120V.
Power Supply: The power supply required is DC12V5A.

| Balanced voltage mode | There are two modes: automatic identification mode and manual input

downward). The manual input mode is to set the required balanced

voltage (2.0v-4.5v) to confirm,
then press the "Start" button or the "Equilibrium"button on the
chassis to start balancing.
Press "Maximum Balance Current (A)" to enter the current setting,
