Product Description:
The Intelligent Charge and Discharge Equalizer (EK-FD14AS24CK) is a
device designed for 2~24S battery packs with NCM /
LFP/LTO(Li-ion/Lifepo4/Lto) technology. It is compatible with
battery voltages ranging from 2V to 4.5V and the actual current is
affected by various factors such as input voltage, line resistance,
temperature, and battery performance.
The device features automatic identification of the number of
battery series, along with reverse connection protection,
over-temperature protection, over-voltage (4.5V) protection,
low-voltage (2V) protection, and alarm, to ensure safety during
use. Once balancing is complete, the device stops automatically and
alerts the user with an alarm.
To achieve balance, the device deploys various modes such as
discharge balance, constant voltage balance, and charge balance.
However, an external charger with an adjustable non-auto-stop
function is needed to use this feature.
The Intelligent Charge and Discharge Equalizer (EK-FD14AS24CK)
offers two modes of operation: the automatic identification mode
and manual input mode. The automatic mode is based on the lowest
voltage string and balances all strings to the voltage of the
lowest string (voltage is aligned downward). In contrast, the
manual input mode allows users to set the required balanced
voltage, which the device then uses to balance all the strings to
the set voltage value.
Additionally, the device comes equipped with a 7-inch display which
provides details such as balanced voltage, balanced current,
voltage per string, total voltage, maximum voltage, minimum
voltage, average voltage, maximum voltage difference, number of
battery strings, and temperature.

Voltage and Current Specifications
The voltage measure range of the device is between 1V and 4.5V.
Additionally, the device has an accuracy of ±(0.08% + 0.06%FS) in
voltage measurement.
The range of current setting for the device is 0.1A to 14A, and it
is adjustable as per requirements.
The device utilizes a PWM pulse discharge method for discharge
balance. Charging assistance is possible using an external charger,
and the charging port can withstand voltage of ±DC130V.
The device also has an automatic identification function for
equilibrium voltage and can withstand Interface voltage / B- to B24
without voltage between -120V to +120V. The power supply required
for the device is DC12V5A.

| Balanced voltage mode | There are two modes: automatic identification mode and manual input
mode. The automatic identification mode is based
on the lowest voltage string, and all are balanced to the voltage
of the lowest voltage string (voltage is aligned
downward). The manual input mode is to set the required balanced

voltage (2.0v-4.5v) to confirm,
then press the "Start" button or the "Equilibrium"button on the
chassis to start balancing.
Press "Maximum Balance Current (A)" to enter the current setting,
the range is 0A-14A. |
