Product Description:
The Intelligent Charge and Discharge Equalizer (EK-FD14AS24CK) is
designed for 2~24S battery pack with NCM/LFP/LTO
(Li-ion/Lifepo4/Lto) and battery voltage between 2V and 4.5V. The
actual current is influenced by input voltage, line resistance,
temperature, and battery performance. This device has the
capability to automatically identify the number of battery series,
and provides reverse connection protection, over-temperature
protection, over-voltage (4.5V) protection, low-voltage (2V)
protection, and alarm.
With the function of discharge balance, constant voltage balance,
and charge balance, this device needs an external charger with
adjustable non-auto-stop function. Two modes are available:
automatic identification mode and manual input mode. In automatic
identification mode, the device is based on the lowest voltage
string and all are balanced to the voltage of the lowest voltage
string (voltage is aligned downward). In manual input mode, the
required balanced voltage is set and all are balanced to the set
voltage value.
Moreover, this device is equipped with a 7-inch display that
provides important information such as balanced voltage, balanced
current, voltage per string, total voltage, maximum voltage,
minimum voltage, average voltage, maximum voltage difference,
number of battery strings, and temperature.

Voltage Measure Range
The voltage measure range for this device is between 1V to 4.5V.
This means that the device can accurately measure voltage ranging
between these values.

The voltage measure accuracy for this device is ±(0.08%+0.06%FS).

Current Setting Range

To use this device, an external charger is required. The charging

Equilibrium Voltage
The device has an automatic identification equilibrium voltage
feature which makes the monitoring and balancing of the energy
levels more efficient.
Interface Withstand Voltage
The interface withstand voltage/B- to B24 without voltage is
-120V~+120V. This means that the device has a certain level of
tolerance to withstand voltage variances within this range.
Power Supply
The device runs on an external power supply of DC12V5A which is
required for it to work as intended.

connecting the wire, press the
"Start" button or the "Equilibrium" button on the chassis to
automatically identify and start balancing.
Manual input mode, press "Manual input" to enter manual input

Voltage (V)" to open the numeric keypad and enter the balance
voltage (2.0v-4.5v) to confirm,
then press the "Start" button or the "Equilibrium"button on the
chassis to start balancing.
Press "Maximum Balance Current (A)" to enter the current setting,
the range is 0A-14A. |
