The Enerkey BMS 2-24S 10A Smart Active Balancer is a
state-of-the-art battery repair equipment designed to ensure

This intelligent device employs the innovative principle of
supercapacitor active equalization to maintain a balanced voltage
across all series-connected cells.
With a versatile equalization current range from 1A to 10A, this
balancer is capable of handling a wide array of battery packs, from
small sightseeing vehicles to high-power energy storage systems.
The equalizing current on each equalizing line can be measured by a
DC clamp meter.
We have a nominal 1-10A equalizing current. As long as the voltage
difference is reached, this equalizing current can be measured.
When the voltage difference is 1V, more than 10A of balanced
current will be generated, not more than 10A

Wiring Diagram
The use of battery power or DC adapter power supply, its wiring
method is the same, only the following two differences:
1 Battery power supply support 4S-24S, voltage balancing accuracy
±3mV;
2 DC adapter power supply support 2S-24S, voltage balancing
accuracy ±1mV. The following figure shows how to install and
connect the 24S battery pack:
EK-24S10EB supports cascading use, and at least one battery between
every two equalizers is the "common end of energy exchange". The
following uses the 36S as an example to describe how to install and
connect cables:
Notice:
1.When used in cascade, there is at least one "energy exchange
commonend" between every two equalizers. When welding, please note
whetherthe connection here is correct.
2.During cascading use, please check whether the wiring is
wrongrepeatedly.lf it cannot be used after connection, please
contactafter-sales personnel to consult the corresponding cascade
diagram.
