On the one hand, applying 280Ah low-voltage batteries to household
storage and then boosting them through DC/DC modules reduces the
cost of batteries,
slows down the rate of battery capacity decay, and increases the
cycle life of household storage systems; on the other hand, if the
battery needs to be expanded later,
adding a new Pack to the original household storage battery system
can also be easily achieved. As the operation time of the energy
storage system increases,
there will inevitably be a situation where the battery voltage and
capacity differences are getting bigger and bigger. Battery decay
is irreversible.
Faced with a series of problems such as capacity decay, life dive,
safety discount, and energy efficiency reduction, the battery level
is mainly upgraded through pre-lithiation,
high temperature resistance and other technologies, and the system
level can add DC/DC modules. Enerkey Power believes that for energy
storage systems, BMS active balancing can produce good results,
but the stability still needs to be improved. The
equalizer/optimizer has stronger balancing capabilities, but there
is still room for improvement in cost and stability. Only by
finding an appropriate scenario can the greatest effect be
achieved.

EK-16S2EB supports cascading use, and at least one battery between
every two equalizers is the "common end of energy exchange". The
following uses the 32S as an example to describe how to install and
connect cables:

commonend" between every two equalizers. When welding, please note
whetherthe connection here is correct.
2.During cascading use, please check whether the wiring is
